Cannot record through uVMS

When i set recording for a IPCAM through uVMS, I got a message shown as following:

"Camera is not available. Recording will automatically continue when the camera is connected"

PS: That camara is connecting and work well, I confirm this, because I can view it on uVMS website.

How is the camera set up in the system? Is it is static live broadcast, dynamic live broadcast, rtsp rebroadcast or what?

So you are able to view the camera with uVMS webpage, but unable to record it?
It's not clear why, but you can try reinstalling uVMS.
Did you have Archival Server or Media Server installed prior to installing uVMS?
If yes, you may want to uninstall everything, including Archival Server and Media Server (when uninstalling, remove configuration when prompted) and install uVMS alone.
