Yes I have a single NIC, the message is "The UliveServer service on Local Computer started and the stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts Service".

The event log shows the following:

Something still prevents it from binding to local TCP port 5120.
As said, Remote Dektop would let us see what is going on.
Write to with your Remote Desktop credentials.
