How to connect a webcam to the program "Live Server Configurator" in the Linux operating system "Debian Jessie 8.0"?

The same question is only about the "UScreenCapture". How to broadcast your desktop to Linux on the media server?

Our software is written for Windows OS!
We have no native Linux support.

So all these questions should go to Wine - you can request them to port Windows apps.

We know they ported Unreal Media Server
