Browser Crash due to Plugin

Sometime the browser crash when playing video. In the application log, In the application log the faulting module name is mentioned as UMediaControl7.dll. Following are a few details captured by the Application log. The OS is Windows 10.

Faulting module name: UMediaControl.dll, version
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x00027d95
Faulting process id: 0x2c44
Faulting application name: C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\UnrealStreaming\StreamingMediaPlayer\UMediaControl.dll

Does anyone has any idea.

There can be multiple reasons for crash to happen - a/v decoder can crash due to some strange data; insufficient system resources can lead to crash, etc...
Can you repeatedly reproduce the issue? What are you streaming? Is it a live or a file, what are the audio/video parameters, the encoding; do you know what decoders decode the stream?
