UM400 v4.0.4 with UMediaServer v5.5 (Video isn't working)

I'm trying to get the new UM400 running v4.0.4 streaming through a UMediaServer v5.5. I am able to view the UM400's video image in it's hosted webpage live view. When I attempt to pull up the video in Streaming Media Player v5.0, it resizes the window to the dimensions of the video, shows the play time updating, but the video remains a black frame. In the Streaming media player, I see a new entry in the Active Resources tab showing the right resource has been requested and the time is updating.

Any insights into why we are connecting, resizing, streaming, but are failing to see the video in the player?

We desire to transition our application from the UM200s to the UM400s, but we hope to avoid needing to upgrade to the latest versions of UMediaServer and the ActiveX control. These software components cannot be updated due to customer stipulations.

Unreal Media Server v5.5 does not support UM400.
You really need to upgrade the Media Server.
