First I ask for excuses for my English, I do not write practically nothing. I am of Brazil. I Need to make a transmission in real time of videos in the format 3gp/3gpp for cellular telephones. However I do not obtain to find a LIVE ENCODER that works with the UMS. Somebody would have some tip? Suggestion?

It's called Live Server.
It only encodes live sources, not files. It encodes with WMV/WMA, MPEG-4/MP3, GSM 6.10 codecs. No live 3gpp codecs; althouth SDK is offered to integrate your codec.

Cell phones running Windows Mobile 5 are able to play this content using our Mobile Player.
