Hi,

Is it possible to stream files with Japanese or Chinese in the URI (filename is unicode)?

I tried both the player and activex, both cannot play.
With english only filename, no problem at all, everything is excellent.

I know it works with Russian,
not sure why Japaneese doesn't.

I think Russian language is not double-byte characters, but Japanese/Chinese is. That's why it does not work.

I just tried to use Javascript escape/encodeURI on the ActiveX, but no success.

Anyway, if anybody know how to solve this problem, please drop me a note here.
