| it seems that i cant stream rm or rmvb anymore.... is it something to do with the new real player ?? really need the support back ... got lots of rm and rmvb hosted ... |

What error are you getting? That could tell a lot. When did they stop, the first time you installed V5? Do other formats play okay?
Maybe it's why they call it UNrealsteaming. (that's a joke). |

the error came out as

this is after installing the latest real media player.
the version before this works fine. |

You must have some other components installed, other than Real Player, something like Real directshow splitters. These spitters work with previous version of Real Player, but not with the new one, so try to upgrade these directshow components for Real.

| tried uninstalling both real player and real media alternative and reinstall only real player v5 but still wont solve the problem |
