So I got the WebCamCommunity app running and can log in. When I click "Connect" I get the error " Automation server can't create object"

Is this related to the DCOM configuration? As I said earlier,
I ran dcomcnfg and the only item I see that belongs to Unreal is "FileCastTrigger Class". I gave ASP.NET full control to this.

Can you describe the DCOM Configuration steps in more detail?

Any help is appreciated.
