Is it possible streaming mpeg4 higher than 1,5mbit/s?
If I choose WMV I could switch from 40kbit/s - 1,5Mbits/s to 1,5MBit/s - 24MBit/s.
Do I need a special license supporting mpeg4 streams higher than 1,5MBit/s?

No, MS MPEG-4 V2 codec simply does not support higher bitrates.

Ah ok, thanks admin
so if I would like higher streamingrate I would need a thirdparty mpeg4 encoder. Am I right?

You are right.

Use WMV encoding - it's much better and works on high bitrates.
