1) The camera/encoder is set to DHCP mode by default. Power the camera and connect it to your router. Run UnrealCameraFinder.exe to find out camera's IP address. Navigate to this IP address in web browser. If you don't have DHCP server running on your network, then the camera can be found at 192.168.0.15. If your computer does not belong to 192.168.0 subnet, perform the following steps: a. Change your computer IP address to 192.168.0.x (x is any number except 15). b. Navigate to http://192.168.0.15 in web browser. c. Change camera IP address to some IP address of the same subnet your computer normally belongs to. d. Change IP address of your computer back to what it was before you started step a. 2) The user name is "admin" .Password is "admin" . 3) Refer to the document "Web Based Administration" for operation guidelines. 4) Camera can be viewed directly using Live View page, and/or can be accessed via Unreal Media Server and RTSP players/servers. When accessed via Unreal Media Server, camera can be viewed with Flash Player and Unreal Streaming Media Player. When viewing on Live View page, you may need to add camera's IP address to the "Trusted Sites" zone of IE web browser. 5) Camera listens on: port 80 (TCP, configurable) for web administration; port 3301 (TCP, UDP) for streaming directly to Live View page; port 5120 (TCP) for streaming to Unreal Media Server via passive mode (static live broadcast); port 554 (TCP, UDP, configurable) for streaming via RTSP. The RTSP URL is rtsp://ipaddress:554/stream1. These ports must be open in the firewall in order to stream outside.
